Privacy Policy

How SUPERTECH PTS handles personal information in service tickets, infrastructure projects, team accounts, and this website.

Effective date: October 27, 2026

1. Who we are and when this policy applies

SUPERTECH PTS operates this website and its internal service-ticket and infrastructure-project workspace. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you browse the website, request services, hold an account, or are identified in a ticket, project, or departmental report. It applies to business contacts, clients, authorized staff, and other individuals whose information is submitted to the application.

When we manage information on behalf of a business client, that client may determine the purposes of processing and act as the controller or business, while we act as its service provider or processor. Our service agreement and any applicable data-processing agreement govern that relationship. For account administration, inquiries, and our own business operations, SUPERTECH PTS determines the relevant purposes.

2. Information we collect

Account and team information includes names, email addresses, account identifiers, administrator or user roles, staff status, and department assignments. Authentication is handled through the application platform; do not include account passwords in ticket or project descriptions.

Service tickets contain a title, client or company name, client email if supplied, department, issue description and next steps, assigned owner name, status, priority, due date, and record identifiers and creation/update timestamps. Infrastructure projects contain comparable details plus project progress. Free-text descriptions may include business-contact information and technical or operational details you choose to provide.

Departmental reports store a report date, department, counts of active, urgent, resolved, overdue, or completed work, and any report description provided. Consultation forms collect your name, work email, company, optional phone number, selected service, and message or description.

The application and its hosting platform may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, request times, usage events, and error or security logs. This policy does not establish that every category is collected on every visit.

3. Sources and appropriate submissions

We receive information directly from you, from your organization or its authorized staff, and through account, record, and technical activity in the application. If you enter another person’s information, provide only what is necessary and ensure you are authorized to share it.

Do not submit passwords, access keys, payment-card details, government identification numbers, patient records, protected health information, or other sensitive personal data in ordinary tickets, project descriptions, or public inquiry forms. If a service requires sensitive information, arrange an appropriate secure process and any necessary agreement before sharing it. A healthcare-related service page does not make this application an approved patient-record system.

4. How and why we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, create and track service tickets, plan and coordinate infrastructure projects, assign responsibility, prioritize work, communicate about services, and maintain accurate records. Departmental summaries help authorized staff review workload and delivery progress.

We also use relevant information to authenticate users, administer department access, maintain and troubleshoot the application, protect against misuse, handle privacy requests, and meet contractual or legal obligations. Ticket and project information is intended for service delivery and administration, not for sale or the creation of targeted-advertising audiences.

5. Legal grounds where required

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to perform a contract or take requested steps before a contract, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests such as secure service delivery and business administration, balanced against individual rights. Where consent is required, we rely on that consent and you may withdraw it for future processing.

Providing information for a service request is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing or optional tracking. Withdrawal of consent does not affect earlier lawful processing or information we must retain on another lawful basis.

6. Access, sharing, and service providers

The workspace is designed to restrict ticket, project, and report access by role and department: administrators can work across departments, while authorized staff are limited to their assigned department. Administrators manage team access and record-deletion actions. Do not assume a ticket is visible only to its author; authorized coworkers and administrators may access it.

The application uses Base44 for hosting, authentication, database storage, and supporting platform operations. Relevant information may be processed by infrastructure providers that support those functions. Information may also be disclosed to authorized client representatives or service partners where necessary to deliver agreed work, to professional advisers, or when required by law or to protect legal rights and safety. Sharing should be limited to the relevant purpose.

If you authorize an external AI client or other application through the app’s authorization flow, the approved permissions determine what it can access or do on your behalf. Review those permissions and the external provider’s privacy terms before approving. Information retrieved by an external client may then be handled under that provider’s policies.

7. Cookies, browser storage, and usage information

Authentication and platform operation may use cookies or similar browser storage. The website also stores your selected appearance theme locally in your browser. Hosting or platform analytics may process usage and technical information to measure activity and support reliability.

You can manage cookies and local storage in your browser. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or other functions. Where law requires consent for nonessential tracking or recognition of an applicable opt-out signal, those requirements must be implemented through the relevant settings or controls; publishing this policy is not itself a consent mechanism.

8. Retention and deletion

Ticket, project, account, and report records are retained as needed for the relevant service relationship, operational history, contractual requirements, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. This application does not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period to every record. Closing a ticket or completing a project does not automatically delete its information.

Authorized administrators can delete operational records, subject to applicable obligations and platform behavior. Deleting an active record may not immediately remove copies from backups, logs, recovery systems, or records that must be retained by law. Retention and removal requests are assessed according to the data involved, the client relationship, and applicable requirements.

9. Security and incident handling

We use the application’s authentication, role and department restrictions, and administrator-controlled management functions to limit access. These safeguards reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or an inappropriate disclosure.

If a personal-data incident occurs, we assess it and provide notices to affected individuals, clients, or authorities where required by applicable law or contract. This policy does not promise a specific response or notification time beyond applicable obligations.

10. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to or a copy of your personal information; correct inaccurate information; request deletion; restrict or object to processing; receive portable data; or withdraw consent. Applicable United States state laws, including Texas law and California law where relevant, may also provide rights to know about processing, opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling, and appeal a denied request. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

Use the Contact Our Team link below and identify your message as a privacy request. Describe the right you wish to exercise and the relevant account, organization, or record, without sending passwords or sensitive identity documents. We may request proportionate verification and clarification, and respond within the period required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, subject to verification of authority.

If the information is managed for your employer or another client organization, contact that organization as well; we may need to route or coordinate the request with it. If an applicable law allows an appeal, submit a further contact request marked “Privacy appeal.” You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority or state regulator. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

11. International processing

Depending on provider infrastructure and service arrangements, information may be processed in the United States or other countries with different privacy laws. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a cross-border transfer, appropriate arrangements must be in place, such as contractual protections or another lawful transfer mechanism. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your service; this policy does not represent a guarantee of a particular storage region.

12. Children’s information

The application is intended for business use and authorized organizational users, not for children under 13. Do not knowingly submit a child’s personal information through this application. Contact us if you believe such information has been submitted so that we can assess and address it.

13. Updates and questions

We may update this policy when features, processing practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.

For privacy questions, requests, or suspected data exposure, contact SUPERTECH PTS using the contact page below. This policy describes application practices and does not certify compliance with every privacy law. Specific legal duties depend on the organization, its processing activities, and the applicable law.
